A. Our A2 Desi Cow Ghee is made entirely from the milk of indigenous Gir cows. The cows are neither forced nor injected with hormones. Our ghee is bi-directionally bilona churned with a wooden churner, preserving all natural nutrients. Hence A2 Desi Cow Ghee is costlier and better than regular ghee.
A. Yes. We source exclusively from verified A2 Gir cows in Gujarat.
A. Bilona is an ancient Vedic method where curd is churned bi-directionally using a wooden churner, then slow-cooked into ghee. This preserves all natural nutrients and gives the ghee its distinctive granular texture.
A. Absolutely not. 100% pure A2 cow butter — nothing else. No additives, no preservatives, no artificial colours.
A. The consistency depends on temperature. At room temperature it remains soft, during winters it solidifies. It is perfectly normal for ghee to be liquid, solid, or a combination of consistencies.
