Returns
Because ghee is a sealed, perishable food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars. This is a food-safety requirement, not a way of avoiding responsibility — and it is exactly why the protections above exist for damaged, wrong, missing or defective products.
Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval. If a payment failed but money was debited from your account, your bank reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days — share the transaction reference with us and we will follow it up with our payment partner on your behalf.
Shipping charges are refunded when the fault is ours.

We use your contact and address details only to deliver your order and support you. We never sell or share your data.
We will never ask you for an OTP, CVV, card number, UPI PIN, or to share your screen.

Order confirm hone ke 24–48 working hours mein dispatch ho jata hai.
Delivery aam taur par 3–7 working days mein ho jati hai.
Hum Delhivery aur Xpressbees se bhejte hain.
Parcel nikalte hi tracking number WhatsApp aur email par bhej dete hain.

Cancellation
Dispatch se pehle: kabhi bhi free cancel kar sakte hain. Prepaid ka refund 24 ghante mein initiate ho jata hai.
Dispatch ke baad: parcel shipment partner ke paas ja chuka hota hai, isliye cancel karna sambhav nahi hota. Aap delivery ke waqt parcel mana kar sakte hain — wo hamare paas wapas aa jayega aur prepaid ka refund apne aap ho jayega.
